Say goodbye to 2014 and welcome in the New Year! We are very excited about our New Year's Eve send-off celebration, featuring a very special dinner, a performance featuring Barefoot Becky, and, of course, the countdown to 2015. When the evening begins to wind down, as we revel in a new beginning with the promise of great times to come, enjoy a cup of the lovely, simple, and humble Basler Mehlsuppe, a Swiss-German flour soup, made with beef and sprinkled with cheese—which has been a New Year's tradition at the hotel for years.
