Bratwurst Platter
A combination of fresh bratwurst and smoked bratwurst served with our famous Roesti potatoes and sauerkraut. A glass of white Zinfandel would be excellent!

Tenderloin Steak Sandwich
Topped with onion ring, and served with French fries.

Chicken Pasta
A tender grilled chicken breast served over delicious pasta.

Chicken Sandwich
 A tender chicken breast grilled to perfection and served on a toasted kaiser roll.

Broiled Haddock
Delicious, flaky white fish, marinated in Chardonnay and lemon juice. Baked and served with vegetable, choice of potato, rolls and butter.

Wienerschnitzel
Thin slices of tender meat, cut from a round of veal. We dip the slices in egg batter, then bread them, and pan fry until golden brown. Served with vegetable, choice of potato, rolls and butter. 

Kaesechuechli
A typical Swiss specialty; individually baked cheese pie served with fruit. Try a glass of white wine with this one!

Kaeseschnitte
Two slices of toast covered with ham and our famous Green County cheese, then broiled to a golden brown crust.

Raclette
Famous swiss dish made with middle aged Raclette cheese melted over boiled potatoes and garnished.

 

Green County Gold
An assortment of famous Green County's finest cheeses, served with crackers.

Shrimp Plate
Butterflied and breaded. Served with vegetable, choice of potato, rolls and butter.

Roesti

Bratwurst Roesti
A locally made Veal bratwurst or smoked bratwurst or a combination of each.

Steak and Roesti
Served with a 6 ounce dry aged Tenderloin steak.

Ham and Egg Roesti
Grilled Ham and two fried eggs.

Vegetarian Roesti
Topped with sauteed fresh vegetables.

Ham & Cheese Roesti
Layers of Ham and locally made cheese.

 

Chicken and Roesti
Served with a tender, boneless and skinless grilled chicken breast.

Appenzell Roesti
The potatoes are blended with bacon and topped with aged Appenzell cheese.

Raclette Roesti
Topped with delicious melted Raclette cheese.
